Liguria in Cucina: The Flavours of Liguria by Enrica Monzani
And my recent cookbook addition is beautiful and evocative of Italy, it is by Enrica Monzani from A Small Kitchen in Genoa - Liguria in Cucina: The Flavours of Liguria. Interestingly it is written and published first in Italian and then each chapter follows in English. I like that. A great way to marry both worlds, Enrica runs cooking classes and food tours in the capital of Liguria, in one of my favourite cities in Italy - lively Genova.
